Marvin Martin Olive Oils are made from olive varietals grown in orchards from Calistoga to Carneros in Napa Valley, and throughout the Sacramento Valley. The olives are hand-picked and pressed within hours of harvest to provide the best expression of the prized orchards where they are grown.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oils

CALIFORNIA KORONEIKI. The Koroneiki olive is the predominant olive used for olive oil in Greece. Our award-winning California Koroneiki is an intense oil with luscious green color and flavors like almost unripe bananas and other tropical fruit. Truly a unique experience for finishing both hot or cold dishes.

CARNEROS OLIVE OIL CO. A blend of traditional and modern California Spanish varietal olives. Harvested in winter, the robust flavors are green and grassy with soft, ripe and fruity aromas. This versatile oil is great for dipping, marinades and rubs for grilling and roasting.

The Citrus Olive Oils

BLOOD ORANGE. Made from the red-fleshed orange that is less sweet than its orange cousin, this oil is great with all things chocolate. Use it over chocolate ice cream or as a substitute for butter in brownies. We also love it in Asian-style dressings and even to drizzle over lamb.

EUREKA LEMON. This crisp, bright flavored oil is made with the tangy and acidic Eureka lemon – it’s a classic. We love this on fish, grilled meats and vegetables, or as a lemon salad dressing all by itself.

MEYER LEMON. A cross between an orange and a lemon, the Meyer lemon is soft and sweet rather than tangy. This oil is a fine substitute for butter in baking. It is wonderful in a warm vinaigrette for meat, or drizzled over cooked winter greens like kale, broccoli or spinach.
